Renowned book publisher and distributor Penguin Random House has pre-committed to a 10-year lease agreement for a 38,225 sqm purpose-built facility at Rubix Connect for their distributor United Book Distributors (UBD), marking south east Melbourne’s largest deal since 2012.

Freedom, major Australian furniture and homewares retailer, have committed to a 10-year lease term. Their facility comprises of a 14,151 sqm warehouse, 762 sqm office and 137 car park spaces.

The Décor Corporation, renowned Melbourne-founded homewares company, have committed to a 10-year lease term. Their facility comprises of a 14,285 sqm warehouse, 180 sqm dock office and amenities and 97 car park spaces.

One of the largest global trading companies based in Melbourne, have committed to a 7-year lease term. Their facility comprises of a 10,923 sqm warehouse, 502 sqm office and 73 car park spaces.

Commercial fabric manufacturer Nolan Group occupy a 7,441 sqm warehouse, 7,441 sqm office, together with 71 car park spaces at Rubix Connect.

Visy Industries, privately-owned Australian-American paper, packaging, and recycling company established in Melbourne in 1948, have signed a 7-year lease at Rubix Connect. Their facility comprises of a 13,822 sqm warehouse, 62 sqm dock office, 1,242 sqm main office and 106 car park spaces.

Ozito Industries, are one of the first customers at Rubix Connect. Located at the estate’s entrance, the bespoke facility comprises an 19,948 sqm warehouse, 1,760 sqm office and showroom and 80 car spaces.

The innovative efm Logistics facility features 15,695 sqm warehouse, 507 sqm office (two levels) and 97 car spaces.

Frasers Property Industrial is offering Speculative Development 6A at Rubix Connect for lease. The facility will feature a 7,965 sqm warehouse, 625 sqm office and 81 car park spaces.

Frasers Property Industrial is offering Speculative Development 6B at Rubix Connect for lease. The facility will feature a 5,465 sqm warehouse, 305 sqm office and 43 car park spaces.
