Ian Barter is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial’s strategic direction in Australia, including the Group’s financial and operational performance across the local portfolio.

Ian has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial property and has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2005. He has played a key role in shaping the current Australian portfolio and platform, with a strong focus on customer-centric outcomes and organisational culture. He represents Frasers Property as Chair of the Property Council of Australia's Industrial Roundtable.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Ian worked across a range of real estate investment trusts and international property companies. He has held senior roles across industry bodies and previously served as Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Industrial and Logistics Committee.

Responsible for overseeing an extensive portfolio of industrial assets, Andrew has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2017 and is committed to helping customers find a place that supports their growth and future strategy. He has extensive experience covering all aspects in the lifecycle of an asset, including acquisition, asset management, development management, leasing, portfolio management, strategy, financing and disposal.

His personalised approach has resulted in many strong, long-term and mutually beneficial customer and stakeholder relationships.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Andrew spent 20 years working as a real estate specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economy and a Masters of Applied Finance.

Responsible for developing and running the NSW development  business, Roland has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2016, and has experience in development, leasing and asset management, as well as valuations and investor relations.

Roland has led the development of some of Frasers Property Industrial’s most innovative sites, including The Horsley Park Estate, Eastern Creek and The Yards.

Prior to joining Frasers Property, he worked for one of Australia’s largest property groups in asset services and property funds management.

Responsible for managing the Queensland development business, Troy has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2014 and has an unrivalled knowledge of the state’s industrial property market. 

His leadership skills, wide network and multi-faceted approach to finding development solutions have helped to deliver over $700 million worth of projects.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he led the industrial division of a global commercial real estate agency.

Responsible for developing and running the Victorian development business, Andrew has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2009. He has a strong track record of gaining new business, selling property, divesting land, identifying strategic acquisitions, and negotiating industrial pre-commitment development transactions. 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Andrew worked with one of Australia’s major property institutions, focusing on industrial development and national customer joint ventures.

With over 30 years experience, Greg oversees Australian national construction and development initiatives. Greg’s seasoned leadership not only propels project delivery but guarantees that our endeavors consistently surpass customer expectations, a testament to his expertise and commitment to excellence.

Greg has been with Frasers Property since 2003 and has delivered some of the largest and most complex facilities in Frasers Property Industrials portfolio.

Responsible for executing the People and Culture strategy and overseeing the general management of our Australian teams, Elle has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2023 and is committed to keeping teams engaged, motivated and productive.

Elle has been working in the Human Resources field since 2000, with more than 15 years of HR Management experience across national and global organisations. Her extensive experience spans digital, property, construction, media and FMCG sectors and deep expertise across a breadth of HR activities and functions.

Responsible for overseeing the finance functions of the Australian business, Alex has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2010 in a variety of finance roles.

Possessing strong commercial acumen, he is highly experienced across financial and management reporting, treasury, risk management and financial planning, and analysis. 

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he worked as a chartered accountant. 

Alex is a member of the 2021/22 Property Council Committees.

Responsible for driving the brand and marketing strategy across all channels for our property portfolio and customer experience, Fiona has been with Frasers Property since 2014.

Passionate about crafting campaigns which are both innovative and effective, she provides strategic leadership across the organisation to ensure that the brand is consistent, effective and engaging.  

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, she worked at Colliers-International as a senior Project Marketing Manager.

Warwick is responsible for Fraser Property Industrial’s Australian legal function, and has an extensive background in commercial, real estate and construction law. Warwick has provided strategic transaction management and solution-oriented advice throughout the creation of the current portfolio and platform, having been with Frasers Property since 2003. 

Warwick has held legal counsel roles in-house and private practice with more than 28 years’ experience gained in organisations including Andersen Legal, Minter Ellison and Australand. He is a member Frasers Property’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Responsible for overseeing commercial management in Australia, Hannah joined Frasers Property in 2016. In her role, she ensures a consistent approach to the strategic commercial and operational performance of the development business. Committed to driving best practices, Hannah focuses on streamlining business processes and procedures while effectively managing relationships between operational teams, customers, consultants and builders. With commercial foresight at the core of her approach, she also prioritises enhancing the customer experience at every stage, from project inception to occupation.

Alexander Heubes is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial’s European business, leading a team of more than 70 employees across the region.

Alexander focuses on portfolio management, customer solutions and disciplined growth across a diverse range of industry sectors, including transport and logistics, food, retail and consumer goods.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial in April 2020, Alexander spent almost 13 years with Prologis, most recently as Senior Vice President and Country Manager for Germany, where he was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 2.3 million sqm.

Responsible for corporate, financial and taxation matters, Benjamin has been with Frasers Property Industrial for since 2007, most recently as the General Manager – Treasury & Strategy for the business’ Australian arm.

He has a strong background in business reporting, budgeting, planning, finance and operations – not least across the commercial & industrial, investment property and residential sectors parts of the business.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Benjamin spent fifteen years in a variety of finance, corporate and management roles.

Responsible for driving new acquisitions and investment in the German market, Wilhem has supported business development for Frasers Property Industrial in Europe for seven years.

Wilhelm holds a degree in Real Estate Economics, with expertise in research, investment and project finance. Before joining Frasers Property Industrial, Willhelm was the Head of Research and Project Controlling at Alpha Industrial, where he provided financing for various project developments and was the first point of contact for lenders, investors, and disposals.

Responsible for driving new acquisitions in the Netherlands, Niek has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2014. He focuses on facilitating customers’ growth ambitions, acquiring land and properties, and getting new developments to market.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, he was an analyst at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate, focusing on non-listed real estate investments in Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific.

Responsible for driving our European people and culture strategy, Anne has been with Frasers Property Industrial since 2020.

Prior to joining Frasers Property Industrial, Anne spent over 15 years working for several multi-national companies including Sandoz/Novartis, SWEP International AB, Social Fashion Company and Silexica GmbH. Her skills include Expertise in People and Culture Operations, Recruiting, Talent & Leadership Development and Organisational Effectiveness.

Responsible for overseeing the company’s development and construction activities, Rene brings his vast experience in leading teams to deliver the company’s logistics projects in Europe.

Rene joined Frasers Property Industrial in 2022 after extensive experience in property project management, most recently as Head of Construction Management, Projects, and Processes at CSG GmbH. 

Responsible for leading FPI's portfolio and asset management team in both the Netherlands as Germany, Daniel has been supporting Frasers Property Industrial since 2024. 

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, a bachelor’s in business administration and a master's in Real Estate, Daniel brings extensive knowledge from his experience working for DWS Real Estate GmbH and Greif & Contzen Immobilienmakler GmbH.

Responsible for all German related legal matters plus European corporate transactions and European corporate matters. Kay started with Frasers Property Industrial since 2022.

He has more than 15 years of experience and comes from Prime Real Estate Consulting GmbH, where Kay worked as Head of Legal, dealing with a wide range of real estate and corporate related legal topics.

Responsible for all Dutch related legal matters plus European corporate transactions and European corporate matters. Ramon has joined Frasers Property Industrial in 2025.

He has more than 14 years working experience in several top tier law firms in all areas of real estate including transactions, project development, leasing and construction. The past 4 years Ramon worked as an in-house senior legal counsel for a large Dutch listed commercial property developer and investor.
