On the former site of Vallourec Rohrwerke in Düsseldorf Reisholz, a multifunctional industrial and commercial park of around 74,000 sqm is being created that sets new standards. Keeping an eye on resources

The green roof helps improve the microclimate, and the photovoltaic system supplies green electricity. All with the goal of building and operating the tube in a CO2-neutral manner.

Demolition nears completion at The Tube in Germany

We are on track to achieve a major sustainability milestone, with demolition almost complete at our brownfield development - The Tube, in Düsseldorf.
