IVE Group opens sixth facility at Rubix Connect

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating a major milestone with IVE Group as they opened their sixth facility with Frasers Property Industrial at Rubix Connect. 

What started ten years ago with a 6,500 sqm speculative lease at our Keysborough estate has grown into a long-term relationship spanning six facilities and more than 80,000 sqm GLA across Victoria. That kind of scale-up story is exactly what energises our team and reinforces the value of deep, trust-based customer relationships. 

Matt Aitken, Managing Director at IVE Group, commented: “This new facility is a major step forward for IVE, strengthening our scale and efficiency across marketing, print, and delivery to meet growing demand across Australia.”  

IVE Group, CIP Constructions and the City of Greater Dandenong joined us onsite to officially open the new facility. The move marks a 60% increase in IVE Group’s Victorian third-party logistics footprint, and a 30% increase in its overall national footprint. 

We were also honoured to have Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation conduct a traditional opening ceremony.
