Frasers Property Industrial has announced the appointment of Ian Barter to Executive General Manager, Australia. As Executive General Manager, Mr Barter will be responsible for leading all business functions across Frasers Property Industrial’s Australian platform.
Reini Otter, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial comments, “The industrial and logistics sector globally has undergone rapid growth since the strategic business unit was formed in late 2019. With a landbank now of over 2.5 million square metres, the scale of the business with assets under management of over S$4.1 billion and its portfolio 100% occupied made it a priority to appoint an Executive General Manager.

Ian Barter, Executive General Manager, Australia of Frasers Property Industrial comments, “I’ve been with Frasers Property for 16 years and have seen the business grow exponentially.
