Toshiba signs 10 year lease at The YARDS

27 August 2025

We’re excited to welcome Toshiba Australia to The YARDS in Western Sydney.

Toshiba has signed a 10-year lease for a 5,677 sqm facility, moving in from August 2026 to support both their current operations and future growth.

The new facility includes:

5,220 sqm warehouse and 400 sqm office
Two recessed and four flush loading docks
A 65kW rooftop solar system

With this new deal, The YARDS is now 90% leased, reflecting the strong demand for high-quality, sustainable industrial spaces in Western Sydney.
