Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds nutrition videos

A big part of good mental health is eating right, but that's often easier said than done on the road or in a warehouse, and that’s why Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (HHTS) has created bite-sized nutrition videos, designed specifically for people working in transport, warehousing, and logistics.

Each short video is like a lunchbox chock full of useful tips, from how to pack a healthy esky and choose easy, nutritious snacks, to understanding food labels, all aimed at supporting healthier eating habits on the go and at work.

There's a bunch of other resources as well, including recipes, checklists, and infographics. You can access these resources here.

We are proud to partner with HHTS and will continue to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing of workers in the road transport, warehousing and logistics industries.
