Troy Whalan on Property Council of Australia panel

07 November 2024

“With strong population growth and the upcoming Olympic games in Brisbane it’s likely that we will see continuing demand for warehousing and manufacturing in Southeast Queensland”

We were thrilled to see Troy Whalan, General Manager – Queensland as part of a panel at the Property Council of Australia’s QLD Industrial Lunch.

Following an inspiring keynote from Sass Jalili, Troy joined a group of industry leaders discussing the current state of the sector, demands and challenges with industrial land supply and how new planning policy will shape Southeast Queensland’s industrial areas.

Expertly moderated by Marianne Lloyd-Morgan, Troy was joined by Angus Halligan and Anna Maras who discussed industrial property and how it has become a star performer post pandemic.
