Speedpanel at Vantage Yatala

We’re looking forward to welcoming Speedpanel to our Vantage Yatala estate next year!

The lightweight fire and acoustic systems specialists have signed a 10-year preleasing deal with us and will be moving into the 5,307 sqm warehouse space in the second quarter of 2025.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Speedpanel is expanding its footprint in Queensland where they will be joined by fellow customers National Tiles, PFG Australia, Goodyear Australia and Primary Connect on our 65-ha estate.
