FlexCity construction update

Re-development in Germany’s FlexCity is making fantastic progress. The former Siemens Techno-Park now has steel framing, precast concrete slabs, roofing on Warehouse 1, and office fit-outs are well advanced.

Next up, we will complete roofing and façade works on Warehouses 2, with a view to offering early access and fit-out handovers by the end of the year.

The 195,000 sqm site in Mülheim an der Ruhr will include two state-of-the-art industrial buildings, consisting of approximately 24,000 sqm of industrial space designed for logistics and light industrial use, which can be tailored to customer needs.
