FlexCity in Germany marks important milestone

18 March 2026

We are approaching completion of the redevelopment at FlexCity in Germany.

Strategically located and designed with the future in mind, FlexCity represents the next chapter for the site and sets a new benchmark for modern industrial development in the area.

The approximately 24,000 sqm redevelopment has been delivered over a 2-year period, beginning with the demolition of existing buildings followed by the construction of three new high quality warehouse facilities.

Designed for flexibility, performance and sustainability, the development includes:

  • 23,838 sqm of warehousing space (including mezzanines)
  • 1,563 sqm of office accommodation
  • 56 car parking spaces
  • 16 van loading docks
  • Internal clear heights ranging from 8 to 12.2 metres
  • Floor load capacity of 40 to 60 kN per sqm
