Every two years, we bring our people together to reflect, align, and look ahead. This year, we gathered on the Gold Coast for FPInfinity 2026, our bi-annual staff conference. 

There’s real value in stepping away from the day-to-day. It gives us the space to connect, share perspectives, and have honest conversations about where we’re heading and how we continue to grow, both as a business and as individuals. 

Across the sessions, we challenged our thinking and explored what it takes to evolve in a changing market. From growth mindset to trust and values, the discussions reinforced the importance of collaboration, connection, and creating an environment where our people can do their best work. 

What stood out most was the depth of capability across our teams. Bringing together different markets, experiences and perspectives is what strengthens us and enables us to deliver for our customers.
