Located at the estate’s entrance, the bespoke facility comprises an 19,948 sqm warehouse, 1,760 sqm office and showroom (two levels) and 80 car spaces. Ozito has moved from nearby Bangholme to accommodate a consolidation and expansion of its premises. The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built v1.1 certified rating from GBCA.

efm Logistics

The innovative efm Logistics facility features 15,695 sqm warehouse, 507 sqm office (two levels) and 97 car spaces. The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built v1.1 certified rating from GBCA and contains a 2,000 sqm super awning, five on-grade roller doors and five recessed loading docks with a springing height of 10 metres.
