IVE Group, ASX-listed marketing communications business occupies a 28,532 sqm warehouse, print production and office facility. The main entry and staff lunch area blend into an outdoor space with generous seated planters, green walls, statement trees and timber cladding. Some of the building features include a springing height of 12.2 metres, 11 on-grade roller shutter doors, four recessed loading docks and two 34-metre-wide awnings.

Braeside Industrial Estate is fully developed and leased following the completion of IVE Group’s state-of-the-art facility at 26 & 30 Beyer Road, Braeside. The expansive warehouse, print production centre and office is the first to be built under Frasers Property Industrial’s future-focused new Building Design Guidelines, which were developed with BVN Architecture to support the health and wellbeing of our customers.
