This state-of-the-art facility at Braeside Industrial Estate accommodates ASX-listed marketing communications business IVE Group in an adjoining 28,532 sqm warehouse, print production and office facility. The main entry and staff lunch area blend into an outdoor space with generous seated planters, green walls, statement trees and timber cladding. Some of the building features include a springing height of 12.2 metres, 12 on-grade roller shutter doors, two 34-metre-wide awnings and four recessed loading docks.
