Frasers Property Industrial has secured a 10-year lease with longstanding customer and leading flooring supplier GMK Logistics to develop a purpose-built distribution centre at Premium Estate 4Ten Epping. The facility will include a state-of-the-art 26,407sqm warehouse and a two-storey office of more than 1,000 sqm, which will support the company in storing and distributing their flooring products. GMK is a subsidiary of ASX-listed CTI Logistics, a national transport and logistics service provider that has operated across Australia since 1973.
