AUSTRALIA, 21 APRIL 2023

Frasers Property is officially one of the best places to work in Australia.

Frasers Property Limited’s Australian platform, comprising Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial, has been listed in the top 3 in the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list in the property, transport and construction category.

Released today, the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list identifies and celebrates companies based in Australia and New Zealand which have succeeded in creating the motivating, agile and productive workplaces of the future.

Anthony Boyd, CEO, Frasers Property Australia says: “We believe it’s important to provide a strong organisation culture, robust people-first policies and programs, and innovative, challenging, cross-sector projects for our people to work on. To be recognised among Australia’s best places to work is an acknowledgment of the hard work our people do in fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.”

Reini Otter, CEO, Frasers Property Industrial says: “Our inclusion on this competitive list represents important industry recognition of the positive and supportive environment we’ve established and the opportunities for personal and professional growth this creates for our people. It’s a testament to everyone in the team for the part they play in making ours such a special place to work.”

Earlier this year, Frasers Property’s Australian platform officially retained its Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation for another year, reinforcing its commitment to equality in the workplace.
