Opportunities to grow
Over a two-year full-time rotation, we help you launch your career with practical experience across different business units and give you exposure to cutting-edge projects.

Through each stage, you work alongside our management team and industry leaders. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, test ideas and have your voice heard in a supportive, collaborative environment. At the same time, you gain first-hand mentoring and coaching from an experienced team of industry leaders who want you to succeed.

What we’re looking for
The Frasers Property Graduate Program is open to passionate people who have completed a degree in Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications. Recruiting yearly, our graduate program offers opportunities in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
