ARDEX at The YARDS is an award winner

Our ARDEX facility at The YARDS was recognised as the Best Industrial Development at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence this month.

Combining office spaces with research labs, rooftop terrace, training facilities and purpose-built warehouse spaces, we helped ARDEX increase efficiencies by 200% with a facility that raises the bar for sustainable, modern, high-quality industrial workspaces.

ARDEX is a leading provider of construction materials. The 26,654 sqm headquarters is now its largest facility in Australia and includes a 35-metre-high powder manufacturing tower, 20-metre silo tower, onsite production and manufacturing, testing areas, and warehouse storage.

The UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence recognise excellence in residential, industrial and commercial development with a focus on technology, sustainability and preservation, and we are thrilled to have won.

Congratulations to ARDEX, our joint venture partner Aware Real Estate, and everyone involved in bringing this world-class facility to life.
