GRESB Regional Sector Leader 2024

01 November 2024

We are thrilled to share that we have achieved Regional Sector Leader (Industrial – Oceania) status and that Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust has achieved Global Listed Sector Leader (Diversified – Office/Industrial) status in the 2024 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

Sustainability is a key focus for our business and we want to ensure our facilities deliver strong positive environmental outcomes. That’s why we continue to future-proof our assets, for instance by installing 27.9MW of solar power to date across the portfolio and certifying our properties through independent associations.

We’re proud to be acknowledged by GRESB for our efforts and contributing towards a more sustainable built environment.
