Braeside Industrial Estate for IVE Group wins 'Best Business or Industrial Park'

We are excited to share that our facility at Braeside Industrial Estate in Victoria for IVE Group has been recognised as the 'Best Business or Industrial Park' in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation & Excellence Awards 2024.

Designed for the ASX-listed marketing and communications business, the 30,823 sqm state-of-the-art warehouse, print production, and office facility in Melbourne’s south east showcases innovative design and operational efficiency. The fully temperature-controlled facility is an industry-leading example of both sustainability and the creation of healthy workplaces and is tailored to meet the complex demands of IVE Group's printing operations.

We are so proud of this facility we created for our customer IVE Group. It was the first building that incorporated our new building design. Congratulations to everyone involved in this project.
