Schäflein secured at LINK Günzburg

  • Moving in next month, Schäflein's lease increases occupancy at the premium estate to approximately 73% just two months after practical completion.

Frasers Property Industrial has secured a long-term lease agreement with Schäflein, one of Germany's leading family-owned logistics providers, at its recently completed industrial and commercial estate, LINK, in Günzburg, Germany. 

 

Secured just two months after the development's completion, the lease increases LINK's occupancy to over 70%, reinforcing continued demand for modern, strategically located logistics facilities across Southern Germany. 

 

Schäflein is one of Germany's leading logistics service providers, offering transport, contract logistics, warehousing and integrated supply chain solutions through a nationwide network. With 2,500 employees, it offers standardised and customer-specific logistics solutions across 35 locations in Germany, Austria and Poland. The new Günzburg facility will support the company's long-term operational requirements while strengthening its presence in one of the country's key logistics corridors. 

 

Located with direct access to the A8 motorway between Munich and Stuttgart, the development provides efficient connections to major consumer and industrial markets across Southern Germany. The facility features modern warehouse specifications designed to support a broad range of logistics and supply chain operations and has been developed in line with Frasers Property Industrial's sustainability ambitions and quality standards.
