FlexCity redevelopment in Germany now complete

04 May 2026

We have completed the redevelopment of the former Siemens Techno-Park into FlexCity, our new premium industrial and commercial park in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

Situated in the Rhine-Ruhr region, one of Germany’s most important economic and logistics hubs, this large-scale project has transformed the site. The sustainable demolition of three existing buildings made way for two state-of-the-art facilities, delivering 24,150 sqm of modern, flexible space.

This development includes:

  • 24,150 sqm of premium, adaptable warehousing and mezzanine space
  • 12,800 sqm equipped with WGK-Foil to ensure groundwater protection
  • 16 loading docks
  • 4 ground-level docks
  • 6 jumbo loading docks
  • 4 sprinter docks
  • Internal clear heights of up to 12.2m, and high floor load capacities (40-60 kN/sqm)
  • DGNB Platinum Certification targeted
