Vantage Yatala Stage 1 leased

20 June 2025

Frasers Property Industrial has reached a significant milestone at its 60-hectare Vantage Yatala estate in Queensland, with the completion and full leasing of Stage 1 of the development. There are three stages planned for this project.

The final two facilities delivered as part of Stage 1 include a 5,363 sqm facility for Speedpanel – specialists in lightweight fire and acoustic systems – and a 10,543 sqm facility for a global market leader in fastening and assembly materials.

Both customers have signed ten-year leases and were completed in May 2025. Together, the two sites span a combined 33,900 sqm and are designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star As-Built v1.3 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

An event was held at Speedpanel’s storage and distribution hub to celebrate this milestone.
