IVE Group breaks ground on sixth facility

14 February 2025

Last week we broke ground at ASX-listed IVE Group’s new 32,702 sqm purpose-built facility at Rubix Connect in Melbourne’s Dandenong South. We were joined by the IVE Group team, our builder CIP Constructions, and Josh West from the Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation.

The soil turning is an important milestone because it marks the start of working closely with our customer to create a place that will deliver value in the long term.

This will be IVE Group’s sixth facility with us in Victoria and once completed, it will be used for storage and distribution of printed materials and branded products, servicing their customers across Australia.

We look forward to welcoming IVE Group to Rubix Connect later this year.
