Introducing RISE, our newest premium industrial estate in Melbourne, brought to life through our joint venture with ESR Australia & NZ.

Located at 635 Hall Road in Cranbourne West, RISE is a 64-hectare industrial hub that will combine next-generation facilities with sustainability and wellbeing features. Each facility will be designed to achieve a minimum 5-Star Green Star design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Ideal for customers across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors, RISE offers easy access to major arterials, including the Western Port Highway, South Gippsland Freeway, EastLink, and the future Dandenong South Inland Port.
