08 January 2024

Officially introducing LANDSBASE: Frasers Property Industrial’s newest development in Germany.

Located in Landsberg, within the Halle-Leipzig region, the upcoming development will consist of a three-unit, 27,400 sqm premium warehouse facility, which will include 1,200 sqm of office and 2,800 sqm of mezzanine space.

In line with our sustainability goals, this site strives to achieve gold certification from the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council - with features such as smart metering, energy efficient façade with EG40-standard compliant insulation, gas-free heating system, E-chargers for cars and a planned photovoltaic system.

The new facility is expected to be completed by approximately the end of Q1, 2025, and leasing enquiries can be directed to Simon Federau, Senior Manager Business Development at Frasers Property Industrial.
