Ground broken at Vantage Yatala, Queensland

We recently celebrated the appointment of builder McNab at our new 10,465 sqm state-of-the-art facility at Queensland’s Premium Estate Vantage Yatala. The facility will have 10,005 sqm of warehouse space including a purpose-built dangerous goods containment area with a bunker and sprinkler cage for a market leading assembly and fastening materials company.  

Our Queensland team were joined by McNab onsite for turning of the soil, along with Aunty Robyn, a traditional owner from the Yungabeh language country and Tommy Bundambah of Jaggera and Yugumbeh speaking country who performed a special cultural ceremony. 

Having a strong working relationship with our builders is key to the success of these projects with McNab playing a key role in the delivery of four recent projects including a facility for Primary Connect at the estate. We look forward to working with McNab as we progress to the next phase of development.

The new facility is due to reach completion early 2025 and will be situated next to facilities with existing customers National Tiles, Primary Connect, PFG Australia and Goodyear.
