Goodyear, National Tiles and PFG Australia completed

Our Queensland team recently completed Vantage Yatala’s first three facilities.
 
Working with our customers, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a leading tyre developer, flooring and tile specialist National Tiles, and tractor and machinery supplier PFG Australia, the team delivered over 52,000 sqm of premium warehouse and office space.

Each facility has been built to incorporate the unique needs of each business.

  • Six specialty hoists imported from Italy to reduce manual handling for National Tiles
  • Storage for circa 250,000 tyres for Goodyear
  • 10-tonne crane for PFG Australia


The sustainability features include solar photovoltaic systems, rainwater capture and reuse systems, as well as electric vehicle charging bays. All three facilities are targeting 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 certified ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia.
