Construction progresses at SC1 Archerfield development in QLD

22 May 2024

Fantastic to see our 31,285 sqm speculative development at SC1 Archerfield in QLD taking shape!

The warehouse structure is well underway with builder McNab completing phase 3 of structural steel work, along with building and pavement works. Installation of the translucent roof sheeting has also begun and hydraulic in-grounds works will continue over the coming weeks.

This development is on track for completion later this year with EFM Logistics already committing to Warehouse B. Warehouse A is currently available for lease and will feature 12,190 sqm warehouse, 668 sqm office space, 2 recessed loading docks and 113 parking spaces.

We look forward to sharing more updates as SC1 Archerfield develops further.
