The Tube partners with GOLDBECK International GmbH

05 JULY 2023

We have appointed GOLDBECK International GmbH as our construction partner for brownfield development The Tube in Düsseldorf, Germany. We’ll be working closely with the team to bring the 74,000sqm mixed-use industrial and commercial park to life.

The construction phase follows the sustainable demolition by Prangenberg & Zaum Immobilien GmbH and H. Herzog KG, who we worked with to target the first-ever gold certification from the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed as our leasing partner as we connect with customers seeking to be part of an innovative new future at The Tube, which offers new environmental and social standards, industrial design and technology. For all enquiries and expressions of interest, please contact Johannes Bockelmann or Robert Kläger.
