MQX4 topping celebration - the first of 4 innovative 8-storey buildings at Macquarie Exchange

18 October 2022

Frasers Property Industrial and Winten Property Group have proudly commemorated the topping out of MQX4 - the first of four innovative buildings at Australia’s first Community Business District - Macquarie Exchange in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

This significant milestone was celebrated on Friday with a formal tree topping ceremony, which included a Welcome to Country performed by Brendan Kerin from the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council, acknowledgement of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT as the owner of MQX4 and speeches from Frasers Property Industrial’s Anthony O’Neill and builder Roberts Co’s Damian Vella.

With an expansive rooftop terrace, premium end-of-trip facilities and central park views, MQX4 is set to raise the bar for commercial workspace in the northern Sydney corridor.
