Ede Logistics facility installs 4,000 PV panels in the Netherlands

17 November 2022

Our commitment to sustainability remains at the forefront of everything we do as we continue to work towards a goal of net zero carbon. In Europe, Frasers Property Industrial recently partnered with Joulz to install more than 4,000 PV panels at the state-of-the-art Ede logistics facility, in the Netherlands – a project that takes us one step closer to our sustainability goals.

Spanning 11,569sqm of roof area, the 1770kWp panels will help generate an estimated 1,600 MWh of green power onsite which is four times the electricity required for Ede logistics facility, helping minimise the building’s carbon footprint.

Our Ede facility also includes other sustainability features such as a bee hotel, bat and bird houses, biodiverse greenery and a green façade to help protect against species extinction.
