In our latest video, our Development Manager Emily Song shares an update on construction progress and the lease opportunity.

Encompassing a total GLA of 8,590 sqm, the facility includes two recessed loading docks, four at-grade roller shutter doors and 81 car park spaces. It is equipped with an 8-tonne post-load capacity, a ridge height of 14.6 metres, and separate truck and car entry points with automatic gates for convenient access. The facility is scheduled for completion at the end of this year.

Rubix Connect is strategically located amid infrastructure upgrades, a growing population, and abundant amenities.

The facility is currently available for lease through Colliers and CBRE.
