The construction of Penguin Random House Australia & New Zealand's facility at Rubix Connect in Victoria is progressing well, with 38,225 GLA currently under development. 

Inground services installation is nearing completion, while warehouse structural steel is underway marking a significant milestone in the project timeline. Furthermore, precast walls and roofing are advancing, with internal slab preparation set to commence this month.

Penguin Random House’s facility in Dandenong South is purpose-designed incorporating state-of-the-art technology, including class leading ‘goods to person’ automation. The design and implementation of this automation are well underway, ensuring that the facility will be equipped for continued growth and industry leading service and speed to market for its customers.
