Rhodes WELL recertification

26 JULY 2021

In 2017 we committed to improving our employees' health and wellbeing through a future-proof sustainable fit-out at our Frasers Property Industrial and Frasers Property Australia Sydney headquarters. We have achieved this with an Australian-first, becoming the first commercial office nationally to achieve WELL recertification, as recognised by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

This recertification has elevated our office’s WELL certification from the Gold Certification achieved in 2017, to the highest level - Platinum. This, along with receiving one of Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star ratings from Green Building Council of Australia for the office fit-out, positions us as both a leader in sustainability and as a leader in creating healthy workspaces.

Initiatives such as the formalisation of our flexible working policy, our Reconciliation Action Plan, business continuity strategy, domestic violence policy and Modern Slavery Statement all contributed to the WELL recertification.
