A conversation about renewing a lease opened up a bigger question for IVE Group: would its existing facility meet the needs of the business in the years ahead?

Having worked together across six facilities over the past decade, IVE Group and Frasers Property Industrial explored what its next space could make possible. The result is a purpose-built facility at Rubix Connect in Victoria, designed to accommodate IVE Group’s operations and provide room for future growth.

The new facility brings scale to that next chapter, with approximately 80,000 sqm of space and 27,000 pallet positions. Its design also reflects IVE Group’s operational requirements and its focus on sustainability. The development is targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating and incorporates a large solar array and battery storage.

For IVE Group, the decision was about more than additional space. It was an opportunity to consider how a new facility could support the way the business works today while giving it greater flexibility for the future.
