LINK Günzburg officially opens, welcoming new customers

We recently welcomed customers, project partners, brokers, representatives and Michael Jahn, Mayor of the City of Günzburg and our wider project team to celebrate the opening of LINK Günzburg, our newest industrial and commercial estate in Germany. 

We're proud to welcome one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers as our anchor customer, alongside with Avova, our second customer now operational on site. With more than 40% of the estate already leased, the strong market response reflects ongoing demand for well located, sustainable industrial space. 

Located in the heart of the Swabia region between Augsburg, Ulm and Memmingen, LINK delivers almost 49,000 sqm of flexible industrial and commercial space within one of Central Europe's most important logistics corridors. Positioned just 1.5 kilometres from the A8 motorway, the estate has been designed to support logistics, manufacturing and commercial businesses with high quality, future ready facilities.

This milestone is the result of strong collaboration across many parties, and we look forward to seeing our customers settle into their new facilities, watching their businesses grow and the estate become an important part of the region's industrial and logistics future.
