Award winner for Probiotec at The Yards

We're thrilled to announce that our Probiotec Multipack facility at The YARDS, Kemps Creek, has won the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence in Industrial Development 2026.

This award is a fantastic recognition of our ability to deliver purpose-built, complex industrial spaces that meet our customers highly specialised operation requirements. To bring this state-of-the-art facility to life, our teams successfully navigated the high-spec complexities of pharmaceutical-grade construction. Features include a 4,500 sqm sterile zone, climate-controlled areas and Australia’s first facility to achieve a NABERS Embodied Carbon rating for an industrial warehouse.
