LINK in Germany aims to be completed in early 2026

We’re making excellent progress on LINK, our new industrial and commercial park in Günzburg, Germany, with completion scheduled for early 2026. This modern development will feature three buildings, offering a total lettable area of 49,688 sqm, designed to meet the diverse needs of logistics, industry, trade, and e-commerce organisations.

Structural works for halls 1 to 3 are now complete, and the facades and roof construction is proceeding on schedule. Each building will be equipped with solar power systems and green roofs, and we’re targeting a Gold certification from the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council.
