Five new solar installations set for Germany

15 October 2025

Sunrock recently completed our largest solar installation in Europe at The Tube in Germany and we are proud to work with them again on five more solar PV installations across our portfolio.

Sunrock are a leading European company that make large-scale solar and integrated  energy solutions. New solar PV systems are being installed in Link, Günzburg, Bavaria;  Egelsbach, Hesse; Flexcity, Mülheim an der Ruhr; Duisburg; and in Bergheim totalling 16.5 MWp.

In total, approximately 281,600 square meters of rooftop space will be equipped with nearly 60,000 solar modules, which will generate around 26,000 MWh of green electricity annually and save more than 11,600 tonnes of CO₂ per year.

We are pleased to be providing our tenants with access to renewable electricity, while future-proofing our buildings.
