Builder appointed to deliver three facilities at The YARDS

CIP Constructions has been appointed to deliver three facilities at The YARDS, Sydney.

 

These cover approx 24,000 sqm across three lots at our Kemps Creek estate, including the new Toshiba Australia facility.

 

We started construction of our first building in 2021. Since then, The YARDS has grown into a benchmark for industrial development.

 

The builds include:

 

  • Lot 1: 4,710 sqm warehouse, 262 sqm office, battery charge area, warehouse amenities, and services pump room.
  • Lot 4: 10,680 sqm warehouse, 670 sqm office, battery charge area, warehouse amenities, and services pump room.
  • Lot 19A: 3,055 sqm warehouse, 264 sqm office, warehouse amenities, and shared services pump room.
  • Lot19B (Toshiba) Australia 5,220 sqm warehouse, 457sqm office, warehouse amenities, and shared services pump room.

 

CIP Constructions also delivered CTDI, Nippon Express and TCC’s buildings at The YARDS.

 

The YARDS is a joint venture development owned by Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate.
