Toshiba breaks ground at The YARDS

22 September 2025

Construction is beginning on a new facility for Toshiba Australia at The YARDS.

Toshiba Australia will build a new 5,677 sqm facility after signing a 10-year lease agreement.

The facility will include a 5,220 sqm warehouse and 457 sqm office, two recessed and four flush loading docks, and a 65kW rooftop solar system which will support our aim to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating from the Green Building Council Australia.

The teams from Frasers Property Industrial, Toshiba, along with Aware Real Estate and Barings gathered at Kemps Creek to celebrate the official beginning of construction on what will be a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility for Toshiba Australia. Construction is expected to be complete in August 2026.
