The YARDS’ Probiotec and Mainbrace win at MBA NSW awards

We’re passionate about working with industry leaders to deliver complex, built-to-suit facilities that set new benchmarks for quality and innovation.

That’s why we’re thrilled to see our approach recognised, with Mainbrace Constructions being awarded the Master Builders Association of NSW 2025 Excellence in Construction Award for Industrial Buildings for our Probiotec facility at The YARDS.

Completed in 2024, the 35,000 sqm facility was designed with highly complex requirements. It includes a 4,500 sqm sterile pharmaceutical space with insulated wall panels, epoxy floors, and a full HVAC system, as well as 5 km of ductwork, pipework, and lighting. It also includes a 2,700 sqm super awning, a 560kW solar panel system with 1,200 panels, and EV charging stations.

From vision to delivery, we worked closely with Probiotec and Mainbrace to create a solution tailored to their unique operational needs. This award recognises the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved in Frasers Property Industrial, Aware Real Estate, Mainbrace, Probiotec and Barings.

The YARDS is a joint venture development by Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate.
