Strand breaks ground at 4Ten Epping

Recently, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for our fifth customer, Strand, at 4Ten Epping in Melbourne. It was a pleasure to have FDC Construction, members of City of Whittlesea and CBRE join us to mark this significant milestone.

We are committed to delivering a cutting-edge 28,740 sqm facility for Strand, one of Australia’s leading retailers specialising in bags and accessories. Designed to become Strand's national distribution centre, the facility is planned for completion in 2026. It will incorporate advanced automation systems to streamline supply chain operations and a 308kW solar energy system to support sustainability initiatives.
