TCC commits to 10 year lease at The YARDS

We’re excited to welcome The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) to The YARDS in Western Sydney.

TCC has committed to a 10-year lease for an 18,388 sqm facility to support their continued growth in warehousing, logistics, and eCommerce packing solutions.

The facility features:

Drive through loading
20m all-weather awnings
A 100kW rooftop solar system

This milestone reflects the strong leasing momentum at The YARDS and the growing demand for modern, industrial spaces with employee-focused amenities and green spaces.
