Two new leases with Fletcher Insulation, Victoria

We’re thrilled to announce that Fletcher Insulation has signed two new leases with us in Victoria, marking our third transaction with the group since 2020.

Fletcher Insulation will expand their footprint in the southeast with a new facility at Rubix Connect in Dandenong South, featuring 5,465 sqm of warehouse space, 305 sqm office and the facility will be used for manufacturing their exceptional insulation products and is due for completion in February 2025.

Additionally, Fletcher Insulation will also occupy a facility at The Key Industrial Estate in Keysborough, commencing May 2025. This facility will provide a 10,693 sqm warehouse and a 514 sqm office, supporting the groups storage requirements.

We’re excited to continue our strong relationship with Fletcher Insulation and to support their growth and expansion in southeast Melbourne.
