We are pleased to support leading end-to-end supply chain solutions company efm Logistics as it expands its footprint into Queensland with a five-year lease at our SC1 Archerfield Estate.
We recently celebrated the official opening of efm Logistics purpose-built warehouse – spanning 17,788 sqm, with 707 sqm of office space and 173 car parking spaces, featuring 50kW Solar, a 46,400 kL rainwater tank, and a 36m super awning for all-weather capability.
The leasing deal at SC1 Archerfield estate is efm Logistics’ second tenancy with us, in addition to its facility in our Rubix Connect estate in Victoria.
