Décor opens new facility in Melbourne

12 March 2024

At Frasers Property Industrial, we collaborate with each customer at every stage of the design, development, and post-completion process to build a facility that suits their business needs.

At our Rubix Connect industrial estate in Melbourne’s south east, we created a workplace for Décor Australia that incorporated employee wellbeing into the design of their 15,541 sqm facility. The facility has a large distribution centre, as well as their head office.

Matthew Ward, Décor’s Managing Director, explained why they decided to upgrade the office. He said, “It was about bringing the team together in an open plan environment that would facilitate communication and cooperation. Our previous office was very scattered and didn’t really encourage that teamwork that we were trying to establish and promote within the business.”
