Frasers Property Industrial prepares for construction of new industrial estate in Günzburg

23 July 2024

Exciting progress in Germany as we prepare to begin construction of a new 100,000 sqm industrial estate in Günzburg.

Located between the metropolitan areas of Munich and Stuttgart, this new high-quality and sustainable industrial park will include three buildings with 47,500 sqm lettable area due for completion in March 2026.

Demolition by Max Wild GmbH will begin later this year and we’re proudly aiming for a DGNB German Sustainable Building Council Gold deconstruction certificate for this process. This is awarded following the assessment of the environmental, economic, functional, technical and process quality of the demolition.

We look forward to sharing more progress on the demolition and construction on site.
