Frasers Property Industrial announces new re-development 'FlexCity' in Germany

17 July 2024

Introducing our first re-development in the former “Siemens Techno-Park” which we have rebranded into ‘FlexCity’, a 195,000 sqm site in Mulheim, Germany.

Underway is the construction of three state-of-the-art industrial buildings, consisting of 23,000 sqm of industrial space designed for logistics and light industrial use, which can be tailored to customer needs.

Located just 3km from Mülheim’s city center in one of Germany's most important economic and logistics regions, FlexCity will provide a selection of new sustainable, flexible spaces to smaller businesses, manufacturing SMEs and startups wanting to start or expand their business in the Ruhr-area.

Demolition by Prangenberg & Zaum Immobilien GmbH will start soon in accordance with the "Gold" criteria catalogue of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Building completion expected in mid-2025.
